Come in for any group class on Saturday. There’s no better way to experience CrossFit for the first time than in one of our group classes and in the expert care of our coaching staff. Find a Saturday class that fits your schedule and shoot us an email so we know to expect you. If Saturdays don't work for you, we can make arrangements for you to come in on another day.
